Customer Advisor at Lån & Spar Bank

We are currently looking for customer advisors for Lån & Spar Bank in the Customer Relations department, where the focus is on helping the bank's customers achieve better personal finances.

About the position

Lån & Spar Bank is a digital bank where we meet our customers in digital channels through phone, chat, and email.

As a customer advisor, you will guide the customer through all parts of the customer lifecycle. Examples of tasks you will handle include:

· Loan applications

· Customer advice via phone, email, and chat

· Guidance through the credit process

· Sales of products and services

· Questions related to repayments and reminders for late payments

· Fraud management

Within the Customer Relations department, you will work alongside about twenty skilled colleagues, a department manager, and two team leaders who will coach you along the way.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role with a lot of customer contact, preferably within banking and finance. You are accustomed to using the phone and digital channels as working tools. It is an advantage if you have a Swedsec license and/or experience with insurance.

To succeed in this role, you are organized, professional, and have a customer-oriented approach. To be successful with us, good service is a given for you. You have a strong work ethic, a flexible approach, and can naturally shift focus between different tasks. Furthermore, you enjoy working in a team while also taking personal responsibility for driving your own cases and business.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

As the position involves tasks within banking and insurance mediation, a criminal record check will be conducted prior to employment.

The latter was founded in Denmark as early as 1880 and is a solid bank listed on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
